The Origins of the Business

So, here’s the story of how it all began. I was busy creating these super cool mobile apps that were turning out to be a big hit. People were really enjoying them and finding them super useful. It got me thinking, Hey, maybe I could turn this hobby into a real business!

When I started Pyze, my team and I were lucky enough to create apps that were used by millions of people. But we quickly grew frustrated with the marketing tools available to us. They just weren’t effective at connecting with users and were way too expensive. After doing some research, we found that the big data analytics solutions out there required a ton of effort to use, but didn’t offer many useful features for targeting specific user groups. It felt outdated to manually segment users when machine learning technology is so advanced. Plus, these solutions were intended for the web and didn’t fit well with mobile. They were also clunky, time-consuming, and needed data science knowledge to make sense of the results. It was clear to us that something better was needed.

Let me tell you, it’s been quite a journey to get here. After working tirelessly for two years to create this platform, going through a successful beta program for six months, and surviving on only a few hours of sleep in the days leading up to the launch, we finally made it. Today, March 29, is the day that all our hard work pays off. But it’s also just the beginning of an exciting adventure for us.

Right now, in data centers owned by Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, there are 120 Pyze servers humming away, running the algorithms that we’ve trained them in. They are ready to provide valuable insights to app publishers like you. And let me tell you, since the big day, we’ve already welcomed 150 app publishers to our platform, and we continue to see even more joining us every single day!

The Risk We Took

We took a chance by building a product specifically for small app publishers.

I want to tell you about something really cool that my team and I have been working on. You see, we have this group of customers who are small app publishers. Most of them don’t make much money, usually less than $500 a month from their apps. We wanted to find a way to help them out without charging them a cent. So, we decided to build a solution using open source technology.

It wasn’t easy, though. It took us about a year and a half to develop and test the infrastructure that met our needs. But now, we have this amazing offering for any app publisher who wants to grow their business.

If we hadn’t been able to create this solution within our budget and had to use expensive licensed software like some of our competitors, we wouldn’t have been able to make our business work.

The Toughest Challenge I Faced

Deciding on a Name for My Company.

Let me tell you, choosing a name for our business was no easy task. We wanted a name that would capture the complexity of our advanced system, while also conveying the simplicity of the information we provide. After a lot of brainstorming, we came up with the idea of using the symbol Pi, which represents complexity, and combining it with Pie Charts, which symbolize simplicity. Finally, after much contemplation, we settled on the name Pyze.
