It simply involves understanding the relationship between revenue and expenses. To do this, it’s important to have a detailed understanding of what is known as unit economics – the breakdown of revenue and costs at a very specific level. This includes knowing the cost of each minute of driving time or the revenue generated by a particular piece of machinery. Having clear, accurate, and up-to-date information about your unit economics is crucial for supporting your business.
