8. Make retail and online shopping feel the same. I think it’s really cool when stores use new technology to make shopping in person feel just like shopping online. It’s like the two worlds come together and it’s so easy for me to do my shopping. It’s also great because it gives me more options, so I can pick the way I want to shop.

9. Think about people who shop on their phones. A lot of people use their phones to shop nowadays. Some only use their phones!
