Now, let’s get started on creating your masterpiece. First, move your mouse over to the top of your screen where you’ll see a labeled tab called Templates. Click on it and then select Brochures.Alright, we’re at step 2 now. We want your brochure to look visually stunning, right? Of course, we do! So, here’s what you do: find a template that catches your eye. Look for something that is visually appealing and captures the essence of your message. Once you’ve found the perfect template, click on it to select it.

Take a look at the different templates available. If you find one you like, simply click on it. When the template opens, click the button that says Customize this template to begin making it your own.

If you want to get rid of a picture in the template, just click on it and press the backspace or delete key. To include new pictures like product photos or logos, you can upload your own photos in the Uploads section. Printing a Brochure from Canva

1. Find the name of the type of brochure you created. You’ll see it right next to the Share button on the left side.
2. Choose your preferences. Decide which pages you want to print, whether you want to print on one side of the paper or both sides, what kind of finish you prefer, and how many copies you need. If you want, you can even add envelopes to your order for a small extra charge. Once you’re done, just click the Continue button.
3. Let’s get ready to print. If you notice any gaps around the edges of your design, follow the instructions on the screen in Canva. Once your design looks visually appealing, click Continue to proceed to the next step.
4. Stay out of the danger zone! At this stage, you will see a red border around your brochure design. Anything within this red area will be cut off during printing. Make any necessary adjustments and then click Continue.
5. Time for proofreading. This step is not required but highly recommended. Download a PDF proof of your brochure to ensure everything looks the way you want it to. When you’re satisfied with how it looks, click Continue.
6. Add your shipping information. Enter your shipping details and then click Continue to proceed.

Confirm and Pay: Take a moment to review all the details of your order. Once you’re satisfied, simply click Place Order at the bottom to proceed.

1. Print Trifolds: To begin, locate the Print Trifolds option at the top right corner of your screen, right next to the Share button. Give it a click.

2. Adjust preferences: A new window will appear where you can customize your printing preferences. Choose the specific page you want to print, decide whether you want it single or double-sided, select the number of copies you need, and then click Continue.

3. Say no to gaps! Canva will provide helpful tips on screen to ensure there are no gaps in your design. Follow these instructions to make your brochure look neat and professional.

4. Red is dangerous: Pay attention to the red area on your screen. Any content that falls within this area will be cut off during printing. Make sure all your images and text stay inside the red border to ensure they appear correctly.
