One day, a representative from a pet food supplier visited our store and taught us about the harmful ingredients found in commercial pet food. They also enlightened us about the numerous benefits of feeding our furry friends all-natural foods. From that moment on, we became strong advocates for natural pet food, not only for our beloved dog Geni but also for the furry companions of our customers. This pivotal moment transformed our business from a simple wash service into a comprehensive retail destination, offering a wide range of natural foods and supplies for a happy and healthy lifestyle. Our store flourished like never before, and the success has been unstoppable.

Bravest Venture

Relying on our own resources to establish our very first store.

I remember when the banks turned us down for a loan, thinking we were out of our minds to take on big national chains like Petsmart and Petco. They said it was a crazy idea. But we were so passionate about our business that we decided to mortgage our own home to make it happen. It was a risk, but it paid off. If things hadn’t worked out, we would have probably lost our home.

You might be curious about how we would spend an extra $100,000. Well, our focus would be on increasing our brand recognition and supporting growth in new markets. We want more people to know about us and have the opportunity to experience the fantastic products and services we offer. By expanding into new markets, we can reach even more customers and continue to thrive.

Our motto is simple: Give back to the communities we serve. We believe that if our business expects support from a community, we must be willing to support that community in return. That’s why we’re dedicated to helping local dogs and pet owners in various ways.

Let me explain how we make a positive impact. First, we hold adoption fairs and fundraisers in our stores on a regular basis. These events not only help find loving homes for dogs and cats in need but also raise funds for local non-profit organizations that benefit companion animals.

In fact, in 2014 alone, our community outreach efforts resulted in donations totaling over $90,000 to these non-profits. And the impact doesn’t stop there. Last year, over 100 dogs and cats found their forever homes through our adoption fairs. Since we started hosting these fairs, we’ve helped more than 2000 animals find their new families.
