It all began with a school project, believe it or not. And from there, Animatron was born.

So, let me tell you a little story. One day, my daughter came up to me and asked, Dad, can you help me make an animation for my school project? Of course, I said yes. But first, we had to figure out which software her teacher recommended.

Well, it turned out that the software her teacher suggested was this website that had way too many ads and only let you make those looping GIF things. Definitely not the best tool for learning and creating real animation, you know?

And that’s when it hit me – why not create a website that’s actually powerful and easy to use, where you can animate right in your browser? Oh, and you can also collaborate with your friends or colleagues in real time. Pretty cool, huh?
