The rest of the company is all about the business, so it only makes sense to approach data strategy in the same way.

To start, choose one question that you want answered about your business. It could be something like Which product category is the most popular on my online store? or Which menu item creates the most waste at my cafĂ© each day? Once you have a clear question in mind, you’ll know which metrics to track and what actions to take as you analyze the data on a regular basis.
