If you haven’t done it yet, you might want to think about making a special logo just for your presentations.

Here’s the cool part: Canva has so many different things to choose from, like images and elements. This means you can play around with different layouts and color schemes whenever you want!

Step 1: Get Canva on Your Computer

If you want to get started with Canva, just sign up or log in to your account. Once you’re in, head over to the presentation templates.

Step 2: Choose a Template to Make Your Own

If you want to find a presentation template that you like, here’s what you can do:

In order to remove images from your Canva design presentation, all you need to do is click on the image and press the backspace or delete button on your keyboard.

If you want to add new images to your presentation, you have multiple options. You can upload images from your computer using the Uploads section, or you can choose from a wide variety of elements and photos available in the Elements and Photos sections.

Step 4: Customize Your Text and Fonts

If you want to make changes to any text, just go ahead and click on it. Deleting text is as easy as clicking the backspace or delete button on your keyboard.

If you want to add more text to your presentation, head over to the Text section. And if you want to change the font, just click on the word you want to modify, then click on the font box and choose a new font from the list.

Wanna know how to add a new slide? It’s super easy! Just click on the + button at the bottom of your screen. Voila! A blank slide will magically appear.

Now, what if you want to add a new slide with the same design? No worries, I got you covered! Just follow these steps: click on the three little dots and then select Duplicate Page. Piece of cake, right?

Today, I’m going to explain how you can present your Canva presentation to your audience in a special mode. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Choose how to present: To get started, click on the Present button at the top right corner. You can then select the presenter mode or style you want for your presentation. Take a look at the image below for reference.

Share your presentation link: Once you’re done choosing your presenter mode, click on Copy link. You can then share this link with your audience so they can easily view your fantastic presentation. Here’s an image to help you:

Finishing the presentation. To finish your presentation, simply click on the two arrows located in the bottom right corner or press the escape key on your keyboard.

Putting Video Footage in a Canva Presentation

It’s really easy to add videos to your Canva presentation – here’s how you do it:

1. Locating the “Videos” section. Start by clicking on “More” and then select “Videos.”
2. Adding the video. Once you’ve found the perfect video for your presentation, simply click on it or drag and drop it onto one of the slides.
3. Add text to your video slide. If you want to add text to your video slide, just click on Text and choose one of the options. In this example, let’s click on Add a heading.
4. Add a background to your text. Sometimes, the text may not be easy to see on the video. To make it stand out, you can add a background. Just click on the text, then click on Effects, and finally, click on Background.
