The second most popular platform is actually owned by Facebook too. It’s called Instagram, and 83% of marketers use it. On the other hand, only 13% of marketers use Snapchat. But things change a bit when we look at consumers. 51% of them use Instagram, while 30% use Snapchat. So Instagram is more popular among consumers, even though Snapchat is catching up.

The Challenges Social Marketers Face

Now, let’s talk about the difficulties that social marketers face. According to the report, there are three main challenges. First, it’s hard for them to measure the return on investment (ROI) of their social media efforts. This is a challenge for 55% of social marketers.
