As a manager, one of the best things you can do is to stay connected with the team members who make up your crew. By doing this, you can keep them motivated by recognizing their hard work and giving them praise for what they’ve accomplished.

In a big group setting, some people might choose to stay quiet, but during these check-ins, they can speak up and share their ideas. It’s important to listen to each team member and consider their suggestions. They might have some great ideas that could make a big difference in how your project is managed.
