Trying to find the perfect people for a job can be really tough. No matter where you put your posting, it just doesn’t seem to attract the kind of candidates you’re searching for. But don’t worry! I’ve got a bunch of new and exciting ways to grab the attention of job seekers and get them excited about working with you. Here’s what I asked 13 successful entrepreneurs:

1. Share Awesome Videos on Social Media

Sales are the lifeblood of every company, and every position should have a solid foundation in selling our product or service. When hiring for any position, I rely on my current team as talent scouts, and I also share the profits from the new hire’s job with the person who referred them. 3. Share Your Story

I want to talk to you about a cool feature on Instagram. Did you know that you can make stories using videos and photos to share with your followers? The more creative and fun your stories are, the more likely you’ll attract potential employees. Oh, and don’t forget to include a link to your jobs page or listing!

Here’s a cool idea. You can ask influencers to promote your job openings in their social media posts. These are people with a big following, so you’ll attract high-quality applicants. How awesome is that?

When I wanted to attract talented individuals to our company, I tried something a bit unconventional – a billboard. I know, it may seem old-fashioned, but it actually worked. We are part of a thriving tech community, so a lot of people noticed our billboard and thought it was cool. It set us apart from the rest and helped us find the talent we were looking for. Isn’t that amazing?

Listen, I’m not saying you should just list your job opening in the want ads. Let’s do something extraordinary instead – take out an entire page ad dedicated to your job opening! Now, that’s dramatic and fun, right? Trust me, this will attract a lot of talented individuals who are ready to join your team.

12. Spread the Word at Industry Events

Industry events are a goldmine when it comes to finding the right people for your job openings. Look around – the people attending these events are often the exact individuals you want to be aware of your opportunities. Encourage your employees to mention the openings and provide contact details during their talks. And if you’re not giving a talk, no worries! You can always mention the openings during networking events. You never know who might be interested!
