And one way to steal them is by geo-fencing your competitors. Create a page where people can learn more about your job and set up ads that follow them around the internet. I recently used Upwork for a project I was working on. It’s an amazing platform that connects you with freelancers who specialize in various fields, such as internet research, design, and content writing. When we need to find new employees, we always go to the placement centers at local universities. They help us by posting the job on their website, which is a great way to reach talented candidates from our area.
